Welcome to PRABHAKAR WEAR. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a great shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • Your return request is submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery date.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Color variation due to screen settings.

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.

If a COD order is returned because it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the returned product has been received and inspected. Cash refunds are not provided.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the package received

Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
